Precision UK manufactures their very own parts in-house on a MAZAK CNC Turning Centre. These parts can be found in some of our products such as: Compact Module Manifold Blocks, NIST Bodies & Nipples, Anti Confusion Probes, Pipe Flanges, Pressure Switch Blocks, Various BSP, BSPT, NPT, and ISO fittings and adaptors, and Flowmeter Bodies, Adjusters and Probes, whilst also prototyping new products, such as the DIN TU’s.
We use various sized bar stock, from 16mm to 57.5mm in Diameter. We mainly turn brass, but we also turn Aluminium and very occasionally Stainless Steel. Our Mazak machine also allows us to work through the night with its Bar Feed Magazine so we can run it ‘Lights out’ – both sustainable and efficient.
